Shipping Details and Terms

We offer shipping on thousands of products listed on our website 365 days a year.

Orders that qualify for shipping will be shipped by our ground carrier Prompt Express courier company and usually take 1-2 business days to arrive.

If you are placing an order from Monday to Friday please be advised that these orders will go out the same business day if placed before 2.30 pm, otherwise they will be shipped on the next business day. Saturday, Sunday & Poya Days are not considered business days.

Oversized / Bulky Items Shipping Terms

Certain items like wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, Hospital Beds cannot be shipped via rush, due to sheer weight, availability and customization involved.

Return Policy

• Any pharmaceutical or nutraceuticals are not returnable once purchased as per regulatory requirements.
• Devices with factory defects are returnable within 7 days of the purchase date.
